Would you upgrade to an iPhone 4S from a 3GS for only £20?

I was talking to Liam Shipsides today, and somebody’s opportunity to upgrade from an iPhone 3GS to an iPhone 4S came up in our discussion. Liam, for some reason, thinks that the £20 upgrade fee is ridiculous but I argued that with the superb camera, stunning Retina display, the dual-core CPU and, to a lesser extent, Siri, the price is fantastic. To prove a point to him, here is a poll. Feel free to vote and comment to tell us why you would or wouldn’t do the upgrade, and we can all teach Liam a lesson in good value.
